STEP 01 Customers consulting with us
Please let us know your ideas and requests regarding painting devices and equipment, and any issues you may have with your painting lines.
STEP 02 Confirmation of specifications
We ask about painting conditions such as the workpiece material, desired paint color, and purpose of the painting, as well as equipment conditions such as takt time, air conditioning conditions, drying time, and production volume.
STEP 03 Layout diagram and equipment proposal
In addition to the terms and conditions we have asked, we will conduct interviews with staff on site and propose specific equipment.
STEP 04 Quotes
We will provide a quote along with the equipment proposal. We handle everything from equipment sales to construction, so we can offer you a proposal with optimal cost.
STEP 05 Lab try
Once the equipment specifications are determined, we do test painting using the same method and paint as the actual painting line, in order to confirm the process and finish. In cooperation with paint manufacturers, we determine the details of the equipment while strictly controlling the hue and paint film by the numbers.
STEP 06 Approval and contract
After the paint condition and process are approved, the contract is signed.
STEP 07 Notification and Document Preparation Support
In order to install painting equipment that handles organic solvents, it is necessary to notify the Labor Standards Inspection Office and the Fire Department. Uchigen also helps prepare documents and materials.
STEP 08 Starting construction and installation work
Once permission has been granted from the relevant parties, the installation of painting devices and painting equipment finally begins. As a construction manager, Uchigen supervises work sites on a daily basis to confirm the safety and quality of the construction. We take responsibility for monitoring the progress of construction.
STEP 09 Commissioning and adjustment
Before the start of mass production, we carefully test and adjust equipment and devices to make sure that they perform as expected.
STEP 10 Implementation support
In parallel with tests, we provide implementation support to ensure that the customer's new equipment and devices can be operated smoothly.
STEP 11 Regular inspection and after-sales support
Based on annual periodic inspections, we respond quickly to problems and consultations.
