Uchigen's 2 Strengths

01
STRONG POINT

For manufacturing, food, pharmaceuticals, medical facilities, etc.
We propose a variety of floor painting according to the type of industry and business

Factory and warehouse floors require an enormous variety of specifications and functions, as frequency of use and loads vary greatly from customer to customer, as well as the substances that cause it to get dirty and the way the facilities are used. Uchigen offers a diverse lineup of products and construction methods so that we can make optimal proposals to meet such customer requests, including cost considerations.

Uchigen’s diverse lineup of products and construction methods

Water-based rigid urethane mortar method
This is an ideal method for use in food factories, kitchens, and the like, where water and oil are used in large amounts, and where there is a severe environment in terms of odor generation and contamination of paint film pieces, etc. It is more durable than epoxy resin and may be applied to AGV courses that are prone to forming tracks

Water-based rigid polyurethane pouring method
Compared to the water-based rigid urethane mortar construction method, the surface is smoother (glossy), so it is often used in food factories because it is easier to clean. The product is resistant to stains and maintains its aesthetic for a long time.

◎◎ ◎◎ ◎◎
Epoxy resin mortar pouring method
It offers excellent impact resistance, ideal for aisles where forklifts and AGVs travel. Due to the thick paint film, it can be finished smoothly even if there are some uneven spots on the floor surface before painting. It is also resistant to oil, humidity, and water, and boasts high durability.

◎◎
Epoxy resin pouring paste method
This method is suitable for places where pressure resistance is not required as much as roadways, such as sidewalks. While maintaining the high surface hardness and excellent oil, water, and chemical resistance of epoxy resin, it is possible to reduce construction costs and shorten construction periods.
Impact resistance Abrasion resistance Chemical Resistance Oil resistance
Coating method (acrylic, urethane, epoxy)
It is a thin film painting that is applied with a roller. Unlike the pouring method, it has little effect on smoothing out the unevenness of the surface, so it is recommended when the current floor surface is smooth and you want to paint the floor mainly to improve aesthetics. It can also be used for partial construction.

Antistatic floor painting
This is an anti-static painting method suitable for electronics-related factories that handle electronic components, as well as printing factories, computer rooms, and the like. It is also suitable for (surgery) operating rooms, anesthesiology rooms, and research facilities, because it combines abrasion resistance and chemical resistance.
